Redesigning Patton Avenue

I used Google Earth Studio and Blender to composite an idea for how to improve my city's worst stroad, Patton Ave.

**Caveat: I'm not an urban planner, and I don't know all of the particular constraints of this place. Designing good places is really really hard, and this is just something I came up with in a couple of hours. Take it as a demonstration of how places can be better, rather than an extremely specific explanation of exactly what should happen in this place. I mean, the buildings are just white cubes LOL
